Atlas Telecom and Marais Groupe SA joined venture - Wednesday, October 29, 2008
Atlas Telecommunication and Marais Groupe SA have entered into a joined venture agreement to form a LLC company under the name Atlas Marais Contracting LLC.
The agreement was signed in the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and was represented by Mr. Daniel Rivard / CEO Marais Groupe and Mr. Ahmad Seddiq Al Mutawaa / President of Atlas Telecommunications
Atlas Marais Contracting will perform various activities in the field of rental / sales of cables, trenching, cabling machines and all related activities.
Marais Groupe SA is French based company and a world leader of mechanized laying machines and technology. Marais also manufactures Machines subsequently selling/renting them to operators of Telecommunications, Energy, Gas, Electricity, Water, Civil works and equipment suppliers.
Both parties target specific strategic projects in the UAE and the Region in relation to the above activities.
