VSAT Shared/Dedicated Satellite Bandwidth
Atlas Telecommunications through its sister company Sky Stream offers VSAT customers in the ME and Indian Subcontinent through NSS6 Satellite Ku Bands beams with different schemes of Shared/Dedicated UP/Down Satellite Bandwidth
VoIP Telephone Services
Atlas Telecommunications through its sister company Sky Stream offers VoIP service. The VoIP Service is routed via internet and is terminated in the US. Each VoIP phone is assigned a US subscriber number. Prepaid calling cards for calls outside US are available from a number of service providers and can be purchased by the customer directly The offered service provides unlimited calls in US (48 states) Continental States except (Alaska and Hawaii).
Network Operating Center (NOC)
Atlas Telecommunications, in conjunction with its sister company Sky-Stream, have a NOC in Dubai Internet City (DIC) which is manned 24/7 by trained support staff.
This center provides the IVTS customers with vehicle location and tracking services. Should a vehicle send and alarm message a Sky-Stream operator will take the appropriate action. This may be a call to simply notify a manager or guiding emergency services to the precise location of an accident.
VSAT Network Management Center (VNMC)
Atlas Telecommunications through its sister company Sky-Stream, have a VNMC in Dubai Internet City (DIC) which is manned 24/7 by trained support staff.
This center provides VSAT customers with monitoring services to ensure quality and functionality.
