ATLAS GROUP TO SHOWCASE STATE-OF-THE-ART SERVICES AND TECHNOLOGIES AT IDEX
Atlas Group, one of UAE’s leading organization established in Abu Dhabi 1983 to provide state-of-the-art technologies and services for the defense and security and private sectors is taking space at this month’s IDEX to present an ultra-extensive range of products and services.
Atlas will demonstrate a number of advanced technologies which cover security and military services, tracking systems and satellites, electro-optical sensors, wired and wireless communications networks and devices. It will also announce a number of projects coming up with UAE Government organisations.
Atlas Group is the first-ever in the UAE to apply the digital system ‘Tetra’ standards, a system based on digital networks that serve mobile wireless communication networks.
Atlas Group will use IDEX to put on display a variety of services which cover telecommunications networks and technologies, security systems, and ‘Tetra’ and ‘P 25’ Wireless systems.
These include digital wireless communications and networks, tactical applications to allow military to work in the safest and most effective way possible and a range of integrated systems. Among those systems are in-house wireless coverage solutions, local GPS-enabled tracking devices, and information and communication technology solutions for military and security organizations.

Atlas Telecom will demonstrate next generation public safety systems, a wide range of integrated security solutions, tracking systems, broadband telecommunications technologies, and crisis management systems for military and civilian applications.
It will also announce a number of infrastructure and telecommunications system agreements with clients such as the General Headquarters of the UAE Armed Forces, Special Guard Command, Signal Corps Command, Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority (CICPA), the Ministry of the Interior and Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters.
The company will also display smart household services and solutions along with monitoring and control systems. It will also outline programs of the Buildings and Assets Department being implemented for the UAE’s Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Defense.
Atlas Security, which specialises in security solutions, will highlight the latest electronic technology of security control and integrated monitoring and control rooms. It will also announce a number of mega security projects in the Abu Dhabi where Atlas Security has proved itself a highly-competent security and defense system provider. Some of these projects will be among the largest of their type in the Gulf.
On the satellite communications front, SkyStream will use IDEX 2015 display leading-edge satellite communication technologies by providing an integrated package of services and a customer-tailored package to access the Internet via satellite. It will also present voice communications services through low-cost Internet protocol. SkyStream clients tend to security organisations and the armed forces.
